For Pre- Primary : The school fee is to be paid through Post Dated Cheques (PDC) at the time of admission.
- 1st Installment Current Date / Cheque / Online Payment
- 2nd Installment PDC Date - 05th July, 2025
- 3rd Installment PDC Date - 05th October,2025
- 4th Installment PDC Date - 05th January,2026

Fee once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The school will not issue a separate circular to deposit the fee.
The Management reserves the right to revise any policy/fee at any time before and during the academic session.

| 1 Admission fee Rs. 10,000 & Caution Money Rs. 1,000 (Refundable) at the time of new admission |
| 2 Cheque / ECS return charges Rs. 200.00 |
| 3 Late fine Rs. 50/- per day for each delayed working day will be charged after 15th day of fee due month Subject to maximum of Rs. 2000/- per term |
| 4 Any kind of other charges will not be levied on students including TC/CC/Supplementry Exam/annual function or functions/art & craft material / Identity Card. |
| 5 Registration fee Rs. 1000 will charged except RTE applications. |
| 6 Since all the Development of building (captial nature) / any new technology related development work will be born by ECMS hence the Annual fee will be reambursed to ECMS as per previous practice. |
| 7 Duplicate document TC/CC/any certificate/Mark Sheet or any type of duplicate document will be charged Rs. 200/- per document will be charged |
